It had best possible location steps away from Food Market. The staff were really helpful and pretty friendly and were around whole time. I had exceptionally good, big size room complete with aircon and modern decor, as example.

The hotel is set in an unbeatable location, really close to the train station. Very close to gelateria da ciccio, I tried nice desserts there.

We loved the vintage charm of the B&B with its old tile floors and French doors. The young man who runs the place was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in and even offered us a coffee. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice towels and plenty of hot water. The central coffee/tea area with snacks was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to the train station and attractions. Wifi was excellent. The host made us feel at home and even wrapped up a pastry for us to take on our train journey.
Felt like family, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms were tastefully restored and decorated in a 1900 building, combining authentic details with modern comfort. the breakfast served on the terrace was great, with delicious options like fruit, pastries, coffee, juice, and cereal. the manager was very friendly and welcoming, providing us with a map and directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. the location was convenient, with free street parking close by and all the sights within easy walking distance.
The immediate local area was a bit untidy, but this seems to be common in southern European cities. it was still safe and just a short walk away from more touristy streets.

The hotel had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views. The room I stayed in was very nice and clean, and the whole apartment had a beautiful and clean aesthetic. The WiFi connection was strong, which was important to me as I needed to work during my stay. the staff was accommodating and arranged for flowers and cake upon my arrival, despite a small miscommunication about where it would be placed.
The manager seemed slightly inconvenienced by our request to store our luggage and use the shower before our check-out time. While we were out, he moved our belongings to another room and checked us out without our consent, which left us feeling unhappy.

I keep coming back because they always make me feel welcome. The taxi tips they gave me on my first stay were a lifesaver. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, a bar, and a picnic area. I'll be back for New Year's!
